Risers! I hope you’ve all been doing well since our last workout ten years ago! (That’s how long it’s been, right?). But rather than talk about all that, let’s shift our focus to something we can actually control: our dedication to challenges! In April we had our pick of two challenges, outlined in the last blog post:
- Deck of Cards Challenge: Complete a deck of cards workout every day
- Plank Challenge: Tackle a planking segment every day, where the segment changes weekly. For the final two days, your challenge is to hold one for as long as you can.
But if you didn’t see that last post – no worries! And if you ended up falling off – no problem! The nice thing about our Gregorian calendar is that it gives us a chance to reset every 28-31 days. And today marks the start of the next cycle!
“100 of Anything” Challenge
This month, I’ll be tackling what I call the “100 of anything challenge”. Each day, do 100 reps of an exercise of your choosing. Pushups, squats, crunches, Burpees – anything. Distribute them throughout the day however you’d like. Easy peasy!
If you’re interested in tackling this challenge, here’s a spreadsheet to log your entries! If not, pick a different goal! Let me know what you decide in the comments.
Let’s stay healthy, happy, and connected through the month of May. Happy Friday!
RISE UP!
