COVID-19 and Workout Cancellations


Risers!

As we all know, COVID-19 isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. We have decided to follow the lead of other outdoor fitness groups in cancelling all of our group programming until further notice. Luckily, many of the exercises we do can be performed in the comfort of your own home!

For a group that prides itself in working out no matter what*, this was a tough decision to make. But it’s the responsible choice to ensure we slow the spread of the disease. Let’s keep washing those hands and avoiding crowds in the coming weeks to take some stress off our health care system.

I can’t wait to resume crushing Burpees with the best folks in NYC (aka YOU!)

* Unless the apocalypse happens or there’s a pandemic. Hey look – we’re actually in asterisk mode now!
