Risers! I hope you enjoyed your holidays and New Year’s celebrations! Some of you completed our run streak challenge, running at least 1 mile every day between Thanksgiving and January 1st! Others completed our December squat challenge (congrats to Huy for topping the leaderboard!!). And a handful of folks did both! But regardless of how you ended your 2019, the slate is wiped clean for 2020. And a new month/new year means we’re taking on a new hill!
We’ll be on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge at 6:30 AM every Friday in January. Our Hills workout is guaranteed to make you break a sweat – even in the wintertime. After a smiley group photo we’ll head to a nearby Starbucks for coffee + conversation.
