Hey there. It’s your old pal Ben. How’s everything? As you may know, we’re now two weeks into The Rise’s pushup challenge! Just wanted to know how those pushups are going?
Have you been doing 50 a day, Monday through Friday? Do you feel stronger? Are your muscles grateful for all the attention you’ve been giving them? Do you find the act of lowering yourself to the ground from plank position almost as exciting as the act of pushing your way up from the ground back into a plank?
Remember, you don’t have to do them all at once. Break them up however you like. Rule number 4 just says “do the damn pushups”, so don’t stress about how you divide up the reps to get ’em done!
