Remember that #TeamFriday survey you were spammed with, harassed, and heckled into taking?
Well, Team Friday actually read your results. And the even crazier part? Team Friday actually listened.
Sixty percent of you (for those who are number illiterate, that means over half) said they would be down to try a one-time relocation workout to practice something like stadium stairs at the East River Amphitheater. So THIS Friday, we’re heading east to do a special workout for the fifth Friday of the month!
Instead of our usual location at the base of the Williamsburg Bridge, we’ll be meeting at the East River Amphitheater (see map: https://goo.gl/maps/FXE3A) on Friday, May 29th at 6:30a.m. The workout will start PROMPTLY at 6:30 a.m. as always, but we’ll be distributing high fives and hugs in front of the stadium stairs instead of on the Willy B.
Confused about where the East River Amphitheater is? Take a look at our handy map below!
Once you get there, we’ll be doing a combination stairs-running-obstacles workout, so you’ll still get your incline on per your usual Friday morning workout. There are only three rules:
(1) Anyone can do this.
(2) Everyone is welcome.
(3) We will have fun.
Be sure to RSVP on Facebook. And tell your friends, your buddies, your acquaintances, your coworkers, your parents and everyone you’ve met, ever.
We can’t wait to see you there!
With love and insurmountable enthusiasm,
