Every Wednesday this summer we are at Bryant Park. Is it awesome? “We are thrilled…” That’s what Bryant Park Management had to say about our first Rise Boot Camp for the Bryant Park FitClub. Why not show up Wednesday morning and see what all the excitement is about?
Friday is the best workout you will get all week long. The incline of the Williamsburg Bridge is our training ground for racing glory. Think it’s any coincidence we had Risers setting personal records all over the Brooklyn Half Marathon on Saturday? There’s no such thing as coincidence. But there is thing called hard work!
