No matter what part of the city you call home, Bryant Park is no more than a hop, skip, and a jump (or a few subways stops) away. Plus there’s a billion Citi Bike stations within a few blocks. Or just lace up your sneaks and run!
Bryant Park is already home to the wildly popular free summer yoga series, tai chi classes, ping pong tables, fencing lessons, dance parties, movement classes, and even a putting green. Now they are taking free fitness to the next level by offering a host of free morning workouts this summer titled Bryant Park FitClub. We are excited to partner with them to help spread the free fitness love Boot Camp-style.
But wait, there’s more! We’ve revamped our Wednesday Core Body workout to be even sweatier, smilier, and high fivier than ever before. Our new Bryant Park Core Body Boot Camp will kick start your Wednesday by boosting all your metabolisms, releasing all the endorphins, and then skyrocketing your confidence to the moon! Whether you are brand new to fitness or training for your next Ironman, we’ve got a workout for you.
