Run Better with Hills


Whether you’re new to running or an old pro, one thing never changes: We all want to run harder, better, faster, and stronger. So cue the Daft Punk and come push yourself with hill work. We run up and down the Williamsburg Bridge every Friday and we’d love to run with you.

Each week we emphasize a different hill workout, but the incline on the Williamsburg Bridge is always the same. We leverage that to our advantage. Some weeks we run up and down the incline for thirty, solid minutes. Sometimes we do timed intervals sprints. Some weeks we mix it all up with shuttle runs to vary the distance. Tomorrow we will punctuate 160m sprints with plyometrics and core body work. Want to build a stronger body with us? See you at the Williamsburg Bridge! We start running at 6:30 AM sharp.
