This Wednesday (September 11, 2013) at 6:30 AM we will leave our sweat all over the Brooklyn Bridge. Run or bike your way there to warm up. Show up a few minutes early and bring all your positive vibes. This will be the most memorable workout to date.
Yes, we will be ON the bridge. Meet us near the tower closer to the Manhattan side. Get ready to be sore for a few days. If you have an extra deck of playing cards bring it along as well as some extra high fives and hugs. Always bring hugs.
