There’s only one way to get better at running hills: you gotta run some hills! And if you run a lot of them you will get good. Oh yeah, and you’ll sculpt your legs and ass. So there’s that.
So that’s what we did today. Up and down the Manhattan side of the Williamsburg Bridge. Run to the top, touch the wall, then run back down to the starting line. Don’t even think about taking a break because there’s plenty time to do that after our thirty minute timer expires. Our veterans continued to improve their own records for number of laps completed. Newbies Rita, Kaitlyn, and Marnie (from Runstreet) absolutely killed it today.
Were you there today? Want to do some hill running? Show up next week. We’ll be there rain or shine.
